Do you offer complimentary consultations?

Yes, I offer 20-minute consultations to explore attunement and alliance. Appointments can be booked here.
* Consultations are not required prior to booking an initial appointment.

Do you offer in-person therapy?

Sessions and group programs are delivered remotely through a secure online platform.

Where are you located?

I am located in downtown Toronto.
My practice supports individuals and communities across Ontario.

What do individual sessions cost?

50-minute sessions cost $160 CAD. 80-minute sessions cost $225 CAD.

* As an MSW, RSW, Psychotherapist, there are no additional fees or taxes.

Are your services covered by insurance?

Services are covered by most benefit packages.

Please check with your insurance company to ensure services provided by Registered Social Workers are covered.

Do you offer couple or family sessions?

On occasion—depending on relationship circumstances and the fit of approach—I will offer sessions with couples. You are welcome to inquire at care@ourwastedhighs.com


At this time, I do not offer family sessions.

Do you offer sessions with Artists?

Yes. I work with artists who desire to explore their own story of childhood into initiated personhood and how it relates to creative expression and the human condition. 

* Through No Dress Rehearsal, complimentary individual sessions are made available to marginalized artists impacted by financial insecurity and trauma.

Do you offer sessions with First Responders?

Yes. With a somatic and spiritual approach, we acknowledge intergenerational trauma and honour how First Responders—in our North American culture—carry a disproportionate weight of compassion and care that often leads to a loss of the sense of self and isolation.

Do you offer Group Therapy?

Yes. I facilitate groups exploring trauma, dominant ideological oppression, anger, grief, and stories of initiated personhood. For information on Group availability, please click here.

Do you offer supervision?

While I do not currently offer supervision, I do offer a small group for mental health practitioners; a collectivistic space dedicated to the wonder of culture, community, spirituality, and the human condition as witnesses of life and story.
